The I AM Leadership Institute provides transferrable skills, real-world experiences, and steps needed to be an effective leader.

Our leadership program is built on six core pillars that guide every experience and outcome: Financial Education and Real Estate Literacy; Workforce readiness & preparedness; STEAM Education; and Mental Wellness and youth entrepreneurship. These pillars ensure students gain both the technical skills and personal resilience required for long-term success.
